Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or bundles

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • weather or natural events
  • incorrect shipping information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, Sideline Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, contact the carrier first. You can also reach out to us and we’ll help where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
