SIDELINE SCENTS RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

- Return shipping details
- Sideline Scents will cover shipping on approved returns
⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately at support@sidelinescents.com so we can make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used or burned candles
- Opened products
- Custom or limited-edition items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have questions about your item, contact us before purchasing.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item:
- Return your original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order
6. European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still meet the same return conditions listed above.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
